How to connect people of your nationality close to you while you are living and working outside of your country.

The new Mobile App ClaxonApp developed by Argentine entrepreneurs Juan Sebastian Finkelstein (25 years, tourism's student & flight's pilot) and Manuel Kirschbaum (Lic. business administration) has as aims to connect people of the same nationality while you are living in another country, this app is ideal for people that are working in other country and also for tourists. The app works with GPS locator showing flag of each user on the map, it is currently in phase beta available for Android and iOS systems, but ClaxoApp already has more than 3000 users and communities of Argentines, Colombians, Venezuelans, Mexicans and Uruguayans distributed in the US, Spain, United Arab Emirates, Australia and New Zealand. Certainly the social network Facebook also has groups of immigrants, but "the plus" of ClaxonApp is a map showing how many people of our nationality are close to us to organize meetings and social activities.

ClaxonApp was born approximately more than three months ago as a StartUp with funds of the founders (U$S 4000) and at the moment it goes to seek more financing to expand.

Effect of terrorism on tourism and migration (job search)

Again, fear to the beard.

Terrorism affects migration (for job search) and tourism industry, perhaps the EU now reconsider to put new rules to entry to European countries. It's not a news that always acts of terrorism and wars affect the development of these sectors and free transit of people on this planet, an example would be falling of tourism in Egypt, Israel, USA and Kenya. The travel and tourism industries have grown by 500% in the last 25 years. The repercussions are left in many other industries associated with tourism like airlines, hotels, restaurants and shops that cater to the tourists and allied services.
The looking for work in other country (improvised way) also would be affected due to new requirements that would impose the affected countries. Fall of the tourism industry and relocation is not only due of the rules imposed by countries, also due to the decisions of the people (fear and worry).
If tourism and emigration die, also cultural exchange would have a negative impact.
These negative events may influence these sectors and many others, but it never will affect "freedom of expression", because humans were born free and they will die free. This is our nature.

... was traveling and he stayed to live...estaba de turismo y se quedó a vivir...

(ENGLIGH) I find interesting the stories of those people who decides to travel to another country just to know it and after sometime they are so amazed that they decide to stay and live there, it's amazing to note how a simple trip of tourism becomes an unpremeditated emigration. Working in tourism I've had colleagues who told me "I just came here to know and then I didn´t came back to my country anymore". In other times the emigration used to planned in advance, by necessity, war and/or others causes, but nowadays the new generations have a more open mind, tourism is much more diffused, professional social networks as LinkedIn also helps and globalization permits all of this to be easier. Tourism makes people feel identified with culture, landscape and weather. Is this your story or some friend of yours?
